Welcome
ABSOLUTELY Kleens Blog
Every year for the past 4 or 5 years Absolutely Kleen has been blessed with the opportunity to clean the tile and grout floors at St. Paul's Episcopal Church. As you could imagine, these floors are laden with greasy, oily soils from all of the food preparations and cooking. Our process involves pretreating the floors with a high ph alkaline cleaner, boosted with powdered peroxide. This solution is allowed to dwell for about 10 minutes and then scrubbed with a weighted machine and brush head to agitate all nooks and crannies of the tile and grout. The floor is then rinsed with high pressure and hot water to flush and remove the suspended soils. The tile and grout have been cleaned under the stove and oven. NOT IMPRESSED? It's because the grout is porous and absorbs a lot of moisture. Scroll down and look at the picture below as it is drying. What a Big Difference ! As you can see on the left hand side the grout that is drying versus the right hand side where it is still wet.
